Ordering

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Orders before 4:00 PM EST, Monday thru Friday, usually ship same day. Rush orders and other special arrangements will be handled as appropriate.

Viewing Orders

Registered customers can login and view their order status and/or order history at anytime.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment is processed on order and prior to shipping unless other arrangements are made in advance. Registered customers who have also agreed to subscribe to our periodic newsletter will receive information about specials and promotions.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made. UPS operates during the business week only and does not deliver/operate on Saturdays or Sundays unless special arrangements for UPS Saturday Delivery are made with Jetter Nozzles. There is an extra charge for Saturday delivery..

When your order is shipped a Shipping Notice with tracking code will be emailed to you. Your online order information will be updated with the UPS tracking number of your package(s) and available for you at any time.

Privacy & Security

Jetter Nozzles Store respects your privacy. We will not send spam to your email address unless you give us permission for periodic specials, discounts or other relevant information. We will not sell your contact information, period!

For security Jetter Nozzles Store does not store your credit card or other payment information on the Jetter Nozzles Store web site. The Jetter Nozzles web site is scanned daily for malware insertion. Order payment is provided through a secure payments gateway.
