    Returns & Replacements

    * Jetter Nozzles Support must be notified within 30 days of purchase (invoice date).
    * Returned product is new (unused).

    Once it's been down a sewer pipe it is usually stinky and unsanitary, we can't risk exposing our staff to that nozzle plus we can't resell it!

    * Call and arrange return prior to shipping.

    Basically, we just want to know it's coming before it arrives in our mail.  Plus in some cases a return may not be necessary if the issue is just a configuration or setup issue.

    * A 30% restocking fee MAY be charged to a return.

    We don't like it either but some of our suppliers charge us 30% restocking fee too. If you've ordered a common flow and pressure item then we'll do our best to waive the restocking fee, put it back in stock and resell it. But if your return item was a less common configuration we may not be able. Call first and let's discuss the options.

    * Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for lost or misdirected packages.

    We recommend that you insure the package for it's full retail value.

    Non-Refundable Items:

    * Custom drilled nozzles and kits
    * Used nozzles or equipment.

    Defective Items

    We occasionally receive defective items, but in the rare case you do receive a defective nozzle/hose we will replace it or refund your purchase price within 6 months of the original purchase date. Please contact Customer Service prior to returning the defective product. All returns are subject to inspection prior to refund. Please allow time for shipping, inspection and refund processing.
